    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the purpose of this Motion is to promote use of better fuels in Kenya, and promote cleaner vehicle technologies to reduce vehicle emissions in the country with a view to improving public health for Kenyans. The biggest air quality problem in developing countries like Kenya is air pollution. The World Health Organisation estimates that almost 800,000 people die prematurely every year from urban air pollution. Most of these premature deaths occur in developing countries like Kenya."
