    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if in the course of putting across my points, I may have uttered words that suggest that I do not respect the Senate Majority Leader, then I withdraw. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, one of the things that he did for me in 2015 when he introduced me to this House is that he took me to the Finance and Budget Committee. Little wonder that those of us who have been in this Committee, Sen. Wetangula and Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. have been saying this thing for many years. That is why today when we are given the opportunity to set the country on the right path, we cannot waste this opportunity. For the last five years, we have been saying that we are living beyond our means as a country."
