    "content": "concessional funding, China – with its largest economy today on the globe – has given us only Kshs1 billion. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you see what countries like the Federal Republic of Germany has given us in terms of concessional loans – Kshs29 billion – and we have no commercial loans from Germany. Therefore, between China and Germany, who is our friend? We want to open up, go and borrow more from China; extend the railway line to somewhere; and extend I do not know what to somewhere. This is killing our country. We must face the facts. We are not opposing anybody; I want this country to move forward. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Sen.
