    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to support this Petition by Hon. Lentoimaga concerning state of insecurity in Samburu North Constituency. We know that insecurity has become a major issue in this area. I would also urge the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security, especially on this issue to do with KPRs… This House passed a law that KPRs need to be recognised by the National Police Service Commission and be given some allowance that can motivate them. These are people who protect livestock and lives without receiving any salary or anything to that effect. So, it is something that needs to be looked into. I want to support that Petition.
