    "content": "THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 28(4) (Calendar of the Assembly) and notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order 30(1) (Hours of meeting), this House resolves not to hold a Sitting on Thursday, 31st October 2019 in the afternoon. As Members may recall, the Speaker, in a Communication yesterday indicated that the National Assembly is scheduled to hold the inaugural Parliamentary Forum for Committees. The event is scheduled to take place at the Parliament Gardens on Thursday, 31st October 2019 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. I ask Members to make themselves available. It is an important function that will showcase and profile the National Assembly.
