    "content": "First of all, is the jurisdictional issue. Our role is representation, oversight and legislation. Just the same way we must ensure that we are not legislated for is the same way we must ensure that our budget making jurisdiction is not taken away through the backdoor. It is only since the 2010 Constitution that the then Parliament assumed the role of overseeing the budget-making process. By these shenanigans, we will be ceding back and going back to where we were before 2010. We cannot do that."
