I strongly recommend this Motion, which will put more material in what the Government is doing to see to it that we have 100 per cent transition of our students in learning institutions. Let it be law. Let it be mandatory that it is the responsibility of the Government to continue from there. I strongly believe that the resources that are required for this bit of training after Form Four are much lower than what the Government is already putting in. So, we just need to increase the budget a little bit and at the end of the day, we shall have this accomplished. I support the Motion, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
