Let me appreciate the Government for what it is doing to ensure that we have 100 per cent transition, especially by creating the many technical institutions in many of our constituencies. I believe that is a positive direction. We are creating the right skills. We have institutions which can train our people to be self-reliant in such a way that we can start exporting labour. That can only be achieved if we can get 100 per cent transition from primary and secondary school to tertiary institutions namely, the Technical Vocational Education and Training Institutions (TVET), other middle-level colleges and universities, where they can get skills. We need to guide our children on the kind of courses they need to do once they transit at 100 per cent."
