    "content": "farming, we need to have a deliberate policy to ensure that we educate and sensitise the youth and give them confidence that working in other types of jobs pays in the same way. In developed countries, the percentage of students who transit to university is usually less than 15 per cent. The majority crave to go for practical skills which enable them to self-employ or work in industries. So, if this country is to develop, we need to change the attitude of our youth by spending more on mindset education. We need to change the mind-set of our youths so that they can look at lower jobs as more important than even the white collar jobs that graduates seek."
