    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, and Hon. Wambugu. This Motion has come at the right time when Kenya is lacking adequate human resource in many sectors particularly those that require technical skills. This is the greatest opportunity that we have through this Motion to create amendment in the Education Act. My support for this is that we quickly move and ensure that we have amendment in the Education Act so that we entrench it in Government as a policy. Thank you."
