    "content": "If we pass this Motion, the other issues will follow automatically. There is a Member who asked whether we have enough teachers to train these students once they go from Form Four to tertiary education. If we implement this Motion and go ahead and make it a Bill and pass it to a law, it means the Government will be required to employ teachers. It is this Parliament which should be required to allocate resources. I believe education is where we need to take our resources to and we can afford. I will like to end by saying that this is a Motion which is going to benefit the whole country, our future and our children, if it is implemented to the latter. I sincerely thank the House and the Hon. Members for supporting this Motion en masse. With those few remarks, I beg to reply. Thank you."
