    "content": "The aim of having those associations is to facilitate the integration of farm produce into our markets. Those associations will create markets for farm produce instead of it rotting in the farms or storage facilities and, therefore, benefitting the farmers. Secondly, they will improve the quality of life in the rural areas. The rural areas will develop and rural-urban migration will stop. They will ensure a balance of people in towns and rural areas. Therefore, one can decide to live in the rural areas since those associations will create jobs and provide services. So, there will be no need of going to towns to seek employment, services or buy goods like fertilisers because those facilities will be provided in the rural areas."
