    "content": "Having stated that, I cannot overstress that in terms of food security and the Big Four Agenda, it is extremely pertinent that we have a data bank. Along with the Data Protection Bill which is currently being debated before this House, this legislation will go very far in ensuring that we not only have food security, but also safe food. With those few remarks, I support the Motion."
