    "content": "This Motion is very important. If you look at the rural areas that we come from, agriculture forms the backbone of what makes those people place food on the table. Registration of farmers and formation of agri-business entities for improved benefits and sustainable food and nutritional security forms mostly what our people are doing. This is one of the Motions that we are requesting Hon. Members to move with speed and come up with a Bill, so that we can compel the Government to look at this sector through the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. Many are the times when we say that the CS for the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries needs to move from the office, so that he can move closer to our people to understand the reasons why Hon. Mutunga is coming up with this Motion.
