    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. In the last financial year, some districts which fall under this particular Ministry never got any funding. One of the reasons, in my view, is because the Ministry lumps some districts together like now what they have done with Samburu which has three districts but they have lumped them into one. What arrangements do they have to ensure that these other independent districts also get funding because they all fall under one office of Arid Lands Resource Management?"
