Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Third Report of the Procedure and House Rules Committee on the translation of the National Assembly Standing Orders to Kiswahili laid on Table of the House on Tuesday, 29th October 2019, and approves the Kiswahili version of the National Assembly Standing Orders, and further resolves that the Kiswahili version of the Standing Orders take effect at the commencement of the Fourth Session of the Twelfth Parliament."
