Speaker, I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government the following Question: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the criteria used in the recruitment of prison wardens in Tana North Sub-County? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary confirm that the exercise was conducted in a fair and transparent manner? (iii) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain whether the Ministry took into account the interests of all the communities living in the area during the exercise, considering that four (4) out of the six (6) recruits belong to one community despite the existence of more than eight communities in the Sub-County? Thank you."
