    "content": "The sub-committee should be facilitated in the like manner. That is important because you cannot set up a sub-committee of your Committee to go and deal with matters as weighty as Bills and there are no records of those sub-committee meetings. So, Hon. Koinange as the Chair of the main committee, it is important that when your various sub-committees request to meet, you should liaise with the Clerk to have them also facilitated particularly with regard to the staff and the minutes. This is so that nobody comes to dispute what may have been discussed in the committees."
