    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the baby has not yet been born but everybody is chasing this baby. Hon. Speaker on 24th September, we agreed that we were going to have four sub-committees and we allocated those members in the four sub committees. They were going to sit among themselves and within a month or so - which is not yet - then come back to the main Committee and tell me: “This is the chair. This is the vice-chair”, and say what they have agreed on. I believe this is a very good idea because my Committee has a lot of issues to address. I thought Members should be made active. The Members who are in Hon. Kaluma’s sub-committee are good at legislation and petitions."
