    "content": "What is important is the right of the data subject which has been captured very well in this Bill. I will go through it quickly. The data subject will have the right to be informed on the use of the personal data. Two, he will have the right to access personal data in custody of anybody. That is the data controller or processor. He will have the right to object to the processing of his personal data, correct false or misleading data and delete false or misleading information about that data subject. Because there is an international element to the issue of data, he will have a right to data portability. This means that if data is taken from this country to another country, that data subject who is in Kenya has a right to that data about him in the other country. This Bill has tried to comply with international standards on data protection."
