    "content": "Data from M-Pesa shops has been used to register small political parties. There is a political party from my region - I do not wish to name it - which did not recruit members, but by the time we went for the last election, they had recruited so many members. Some of my constituents checked and found out that they had been registered in that political party even though they had never given consent to be registered. That means that their data was picked, probably, from M-Pesa shops and used to register them in political parties."
