    "content": "Generally, the way people have been nominated to boards leaves a lot to be desired. Recently, there was the case of the National Cohesion and Integration Commission, where I know very competent people applied and were interviewed. However, some people who have been involved in cohesion for many years were left out. Others who have nothing to do with cohesion are the ones who were appointed. We need to look at how people are appointed to the boards, because they are supposed to add value and not just to create employment."
