    "content": "Mr. Speaker Sir, I can assure you there is a lot of outbreak of cholera in that county because there are shallow wells, and there is no proper sanitation. Now, compounded with this, we are facing a catastrophe, whereby year-in, year-out, disease outbreaks affect the residents of Wajir. Mr. Speaker Sir, I urge the Committee to expedite that issue so that that matter is tackled adequately. They should address where the gaps are and make recommendations to this House or any other any other agency that needs to tackle that. We do not want to waste resources up to the tune of Kshs300 million just for the slaughterhouse not to serve the people of Wajir County."
