    "content": "As I have always said, Taita Taveta County is a very small county, whereas devolution is the best thing that happened to our county. For us who come from counties with very small populations, we were denied development simply because we could not afford to put a lot of votes on the table. Therefore, we were left behind in terms of development and we were marginalized."
