    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like to support the Statement by Sen. Mwaura. In the arid parts of this country, there are no schools specifically set for disabled children. However, you find that within regular schools, there are special units for disabled children. I know one in a place called Logo Logo. Children with special needs require more personalized attention than normal children. However, the situation under which they are learning is such that there is no special attention given to them.
