The revocation of the Board of KFS incident is a cover-up of the incompetent and corrupt management of KFS. Mr. Speaker, Sir, lastly, I make this Statement conscious of the fact that if no action is taken, there is real apprehension and risk of loss of lives of Kenyans who are using these ferries on a daily basis. This is an urgent matter of national concern that should be taken up immediately and investigations conducted through EACC on the conduct of the management of KFS in order to establish the veracity of these claims and to take legal action for the loss of the lives of Mariam Kighenda and Amanda Mutheu. May their souls rest in eternal Peace. Amen"
