    "content": "There is also the issue of maintaining discipline in terms of the management of the ferry. I appreciate from the clips we watched that the way the vehicle moved out of the ferry was not in angular formation. I mean the door was supposed to have been raised maybe at an angle of 45 degrees but it was not. That is why it was very easy out of a little inertia or commotion of that vector in a liner motion for the vehicle to topple from its natural state. That is how the accident occurred."
