    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you delivered a very detailed ruling when we were discussing the Solai Tragedy Report. Just like in the recent case, a Senator who was within his constitutional right brought in the issue of sub judice before the Solai Tragedy Report was tabled. I still remember your ruling because it was detailed and lengthy. I felt that it was a ruling that ought to have been shared with the county assemblies. Standing Order 43 allows messages to the county assemblies. That dealt with the issue of subjudice . I do not think that anyone should contest that ruling on sub judice ."
