    "content": "The matter that we have been discussing in the last one or two days has been on whether the courts can injunct Parliament. I agree with your ruling that the courts cannot injunct Parliament. The County Public Accounts and Investments Committee (CPAIC) was meant to receive the Inspector-General of Police whom we had given orders to arrest the Governor for Machakos County. However, the Inspector-General wrote back to us saying that the Governor had secured a court order quashing the arrest order that had been issued by Parliament. That is an issue that we need to address. If Parliament within its constitutional duty in line with the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act and Article 125 of the Constitution issues arrest orders against any person, should the courts quash those orders?
