    "content": "On the issue of compiling some of the rulings, I will also follow it up in our Speaker’s Panel meetings. This is because we have very good and progressive rulings, even from previous Speakers of the National Assembly, over the years; some of which have been quoted in other Commonwealth Parliaments outside this country. Therefore, if we can have a compendium, it can even be good for graduate research students, who are going to come and study this matter. They can come to our library, the same way the Library of Congress is useful for research in the United States of America (USA).
