    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if county assemblies cannot play their primary oversight role because courts will interfere, it is then obvious that, that is an attack on devolution. We should treat it as such, and not with kids’ gloves. This is also in line with the various attacks on the Senate that have gone on by the Executive. The Judiciary is just adopting the bad manners that they have seen the Executive doing; taking this House for granted. Therefore, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, your ruling should not just end here; it should go further than that. I join my colleagues in requesting that these rulings be complied; and this one, in particular, should be lodged in the court, especially in the cases that we have before the court."
