    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the chance to speak on this important Motion by Sen. Nyamunga on the Engagement of Community Health Workers by County Governments. One of the things that is ill understood is what a community health worker stands for. There is a misconception that most of the health facilities and services being offered by county governments must end up to be curative services as opposed to promotive and preventive services. There must be a water shade between the curative, preventive and promotive services."
