    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this important Motion brought by Sen. Nyamunga. I cannot think of a better Motion to support the UHC than this. Our country is very good at strategies. We have one of the most robust community health systems strengthening strategy, but we cannot achieve this without empowering community health volunteers. In the Red Cross, they are called community health volunteers. Even though sometimes they worked harder than some of the health workers, they were not given much because they were not trained to required levels.
