    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, secondly, I think that Sen. M. Kajwang’ can help us. These are reports on the operations of 20 counties in the Financial Year 2014/2015. I think that once these recommendations are passed by the Senate, in the usual manner that resolutions come from the Senate, the resolutions must be sent to the respective organizations picked from every report and once that is done, every Senator should be copied. The only way that we can do proper oversight at this point is if the governors know that we are aware of the issues that are bedevilling their counties."
