    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a very important issue, and I know that we are already seized of the matter. However, what you have read out, to the effect that the statutory instrument must be tabled within seven days after publication, from what I can remember from the documents we had here yesterday, I do not know whether there has been compliance with that requirement. In your Statement, you have emphasized that it should be tabled in Parliament, which means both Houses. In case there was a delay in tabling that statutory instrument as required by the law, I am pleading that in that communication to the CS, that issue should be brought out. Maybe we are being taken for granted. That is all that I wanted to say."
