    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there is the challenge of the Ministry’s communication strategy. How many of us other than the public announcement by His Excellency the President and the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, knew that 1st July was an important day in the calendar of the East African Community? We should have used both electronic and print media to inform about that particular aspect, so that it becomes a national event. It was only the elites who knew about this issue. This can be avoided in future."
