We have a report before this House of a county government that used public resources to sue the Senator and deputy speaker of that county. It happened that it was Sen. Malalah. You will find a county government using public resources to take to court a Senator who advocates for additional funds to be taken to that county. These are some of the issues that we will bring to the House to make a determination on."
