Kanchory is aware that the Budget and Appropriations Committee is composed of very eminent personalities in this House, and who are not likely to be confused by anything. As you are aware, it came at a time when the Committee was very busy and we are in the process of considering many of those proposals that are before us. I am sure, maybe, in the course of the first or second week after the short recess, we should be able to deal with the issue."
