If you allow me, I will even take the matter to the Liaison Committee. Hon. Barasa has requested that they must provide minutes of the sub-committee showing that Hon. Didmus Barasa is a Vice-Chair. If both the Vice-Chair of the Committee and Hon. Kaluma cannot provide the minutes, then the two Members must be named."
