Waluke, as the Vice Chair of the Committee, when the House resumes on Tuesday, 29th October 2019, please, avail to the House the records of how you divided yourselves into sub-committees. In fact, that may be something other committees may be asked to emulate, if that is what you did for efficiency. Further discussion on whether Hon. Barasa is saying the truth or not or he has had momentary lapses of memory, that happens in human beings. That is quite possible. You can be elected in absentia. We just want to see the records. We cannot go there. Let us wait for the record. Hon. Waluke will provide the record and the House will be better informed. Let us not discuss that too much. We will be able to make a decision. On that day, perhaps, Hon. Barasa will see on record in black and white that he is a Vice-Chair. Remember he has already said he has never been a Vice-Chair of anything on earth."
