    "content": " This is the problem that we have from a policy perspective. We try to use law to drive a process. In India, they would, for example, have girls’ schools to encourage women to go to school. They have technical vocational education and training institutions (TVET) institutions which are designed for females. In that case, you will find several ladies who will have graduated and who have capacity to be in decision-making positions. However, if you tell a political party that you want them to bring a certain number, it is impossible. That is not how human geniality is done. I think we need to have a paradigm shift in how we do this thing and give more budget allocation to things which are gender sensitive and for the youth. Let us see how we can encourage these people and empower them both economically and socially."
