    "content": "Another thing about the Bill is that we have had the perennial challenge from the last Parliament of not addressing this matter to conclusion. We had an attempt last year to address this matter, but it now looks like it has the full support because it has tried to speak to the matters which brought challenges in passing the Bill in the other instances. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this time, the Committee went ahead and tried to iron out all the issues. The Bill settles most of the issues that brought the challenges in the other instances when we had time to discuss it."
