    "content": "This Bill mentions women as being under the special interest groups. It is high time women are left to compete freely with men in whatever activities they engage in. We should realise that the population of women in Kenya is very high. It may be more than 50 per cent. They should be allowed to campaign or compete freely with men and find their way out like it is happening now."
