    "content": "There is also an amendment to the IEBC Act on parties’ nominations. That is very critical. Once this amendment is passed, the IEBC must ensure that their nomination list conforms to Article 90 of the Constitution of Kenya. In the last Parliament, we had a disabled nominated Member of Parliament who was taken to court by his party to be removed. This was sad. Once the IEBC Act is amended, it will solve that issue."
