    "content": "I totally agree with the improvement of the mandate of the National Gender and Equality Commission. It should be given an additional mandate for it to monitor implementation of affirmative action. Sometimes, if you have a body that can do that, it is easier. This Commission will be making reports to Parliament and we will make follow ups."
