    "content": "As I raised in a point of order the other day, the special interest groups being referred to in this Bill are meant to address the concerns of Article 100 of the Constitution. Article 97(c) of the Constitution recognises workers. During the writing of the Constitution at the Bomas of Kenya, workers agitated for representation in this institution and that explains why I am here. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you will agree that the workers’ voice is the conscience of good governance and it is inevitable in any progressive democracy like Kenya."
