    "content": "Recently, my Committee received petitions from people all the way from North Eastern and Lodwar. People travelled all the way to Nairobi to come and defend their petitions. I think this is a good move by the Senate so that we do this in the sub-counties. So, indeed the Senate did sufficient public participation on the Bill and considered most of the recommendations by the major stakeholders as I have said. Therefore, we felt it was not necessary to undertake further public participation."
