"content": "Clause 3 outlines the contents and the form of a petition. What should a petition contain and what form should it take? If you want to present a petition to the county assembly, what form should the petition take? It should be handwritten, typed or printed, it will be in English or Kiswahili language, be written in respectful language and be free of alterations. So, the whole of Clause 3 is just to enable a Kenyan who would wish to file a petition to be guided on what is the content of the petition and the form, which is exactly again the situation even in our case in the National Assembly."
