    "content": "These are the areas which we feel, in the Third Reading, we will make recommendations in terms of amending those sections. Apart from that clause we found the others in order. In view of this, we recommend that this House approves Clauses 1, 2,3,4,6 and 7 of the Bill as passed by the Senate because we did not have a problem. We will move amendments on Clause 5(3), (4) and (5) during the Third Read of this Bill."
