    "content": "My worry has been allayed particularly in the area of the two-thirds gender rule which appears to have been placed in the political parties. This is going to arm-twist them, but they must adhere to it. I believe there is almost a general consensus that the House in good time will provide an amendment to that effect. Section 10 of this Bill states that Special Interest Groups (SIGs) will be provided with assistance in civil education, capacity building, facilitating campaigns publicity and such other measures. This Bill has also aligned us to Article 27 of the Constitution on the issue of discrimination based on whatever facts as clearly laid out therein."
